Terms of Service

1. Service Definition
The Parsing Engine ("Service") is a tool designed to match professional profiles against job descriptions using artificial intelligence. The output generated is intended to assist users in their application process. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or accurate parsing by third-party Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) attempt to reverse engineer the matching algorithms; (b) use the service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive resumes; (c) automate requests or scrape the service; or (d) input classified, highly sensitive, or illegal information into the parsing engine.
3. AI Accuracy and Disclaimer
The Service utilizes generative AI models. While we strive for accuracy, the generated output may contain errors, omissions, or misrepresentations ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before submitting it to employers. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the original master resume you upload and the AI Playbook rules you define. By using the Service, you grant us a license to securely store and process your content solely to generate your tailored output and maintain your job application history. Your files and parsed data are retained until you choose to delete them or close your account. All generated output belongs to you. The Parsing Engine's code, design, and algorithms remain our exclusive intellectual property.
5. Fair Use & Rate Limits
To ensure system stability, our free tier API access is subject to a strict rate limit of 10 requests per user per day. We reserve the right to modify these limits, throttle excessive usage, or suspend accounts that attempt to bypass these restrictions via automated means.
6. Third-Party Integrations
ChatGPT Proxy:The Service provides an optional proxy to connect your personal ChatGPT account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. You use this proxy at your own risk and are fully responsible for complying with OpenAI's Terms of Service.
URL Scraping: The Service allows you to fetch job descriptions from public URLs (such as LinkedIn). You agree that you have the right to request this public data, and we act solely as an agent fetching the data on your behalf. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn or any other job board.
